12:00 - 18:00 hrs. Information center opens with official Cancun Ironman 70.3 merchandise for sale. Host hotel: Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún.

12:00 - 18:00 hrs. Bike mechanical service center opens. Host hotel: Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún.

15:00 hrs. Bike course tour with Cancun Ironman 70.3 official transportation.
Meeting point: Wet’n Wild parking lot. (It will take about 1:15 hours).

12:00 - 18:00 hrs. Cancun Ironman 70.3 registration opens at host hotel: Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún.

12:00 - 18:00 hrs. Cancun Ironman 70.3 expo opens at host hotel: Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún.

Saturday, September 20, 2008:

7:00 - 9:00 hrs. Swim training session in Punta Nizuc, official Cancun Ironman 70.3 course.

9:00 - 14:00 hrs. Information center opens with official Cancun Ironman 70.3 merchandise for sale. Host hotel.

9:00 - 14:00 hrs. Bike mechanical service center opens. Host hotel (expo area).

9:00 - 14:00 hrs. Cancun Ironman 70.3 registration opens at host hotel. Final chance to pick up competitors packages.

9:00 - 14:00 hrs. Cancun Ironman 70.3 Expo opens at host hotel.

10:00 - 14:00 hrs. Press accreditation at host hotel.

10:00 - 10:45 hrs.

10:45 - 11:30 hrs.
ENGLISH SPOKEN COMPULSORY COMPETITORS PRE-RACE MEETING, at host hotel.
SPANISH SPOKEN COMPULSORY COMPETITORS PRE-RACE MEETING, at host hotel.

16:30 - 19:30 hrs.
17:00 - 19:00 hrs.
Free transportation from host hotel to transition area.
Bike check in - Transition area (compulsory).

17:00 - 19:00 hrs. Bike mechanical service center opens in Transition area.

Sunday, September 21, 2008:

4:30 - 5:00 hrs. Free transportation from host hotel to transition area.

5:00 - 6:00 hrs. Transition area and swimming warm up opens. Punta Nizuc.

6:30 hrs. Cancun Ironman 70.3 starts.

10:00 - 14:30 hrs. Cancun Ironman 70.3 souvenirs sale. Finish line in Wet ‘n Wild.

14:30 hrs. Cancun Ironman 70.3 finale.

15:00 - 16:00 hrs. Bike pick up from TA.

18:00 hrs. SLOTS allocation for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship 2008 - Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún pool area.

19:30 hrs. Awards ceremony - Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún pool area.

21:00 hrs. Closing party - Señor Frog´s Restaurtant.
