John Gray Restaurant Group’s owner and Chef John Gray and Executive Chef Karl Mayhofler will participate in the Perrier-Jouët Champagne BubbleQ hosted by Emeril Lagasse at the Food Network’s annual South Beach Food & Wine Festival.

The BubbleQ will feature some of the world’s best BBQ, paired with delicious Perrier-Jouët Champagne and will welcome some of America’s most celebrated chefs who love to BBQ. As a participating chef of the Perrier Jouët Champagne BubbleQ, Chef Gray will be the only chef representing Mexico. The Food Network’s South Beach Food & Wine Festival is a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities. The ninth annual 2010 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival is scheduled to take place February 25-28, 2010.
